Overview

Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia. This role requires offshore experience, NEBOSH certification, supervisory skills, and valid offshore training certificates for installation and diving projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and maintenance of facility systems, manage vendor relationships, and implement energy management strategies while leading teams in facilities management.
• Review specifications and drawings, prepare piping layouts, supervise installations, ensure compliance with codes, and support project execution in piping and pipeline projects.
• Lead financial transformation and governance, oversee Oracle ERP integration, and drive strategic financial analysis while mentoring teams in a dynamic environment.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and operational monitoring of fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, Tunnel Ventilation systems, elevators and escalators, and Rolling Shutters/Sliding Doors, focusing on safety audits, emergency response, and risk assessment.
