About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will oversee and manage all aspects of our mixed‑use development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed‑use construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage and optimize resource allocation across multiple project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Analyze project data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost‑effectiveness
• Implement and oversee risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with business development teams to support bid preparations and client presentations

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed‑use development projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale construction projects within PMC environments
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Proficiency in construction management software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and AutoCAD
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
