Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mixed‑use development projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed‑use projects
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Analyze and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and change orders
• Manage project resources effectively to optimize performance and minimize delays
• Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes and regulations throughout the construction process
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on mixed‑use developments
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices, and project management principles
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and local construction industry standards
