The company manages a diverse portfolio of automotive brands, with a strategic focus on building the reputation and growth of TANK, GWM’s premium SUV line. TANK models, including the Tank 300 and Tank 500, offer cutting‑edge features at competitive prices, and the upcoming Tank 700 will further elevate the brand’s position in the luxury SUV segment.

Role Overview

The Communications Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy for the TANK brand in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a deep understanding of luxury automotive branding, cultural sensitivity in consumer messaging, and the ability to drive brand recognition and trust in a competitive SUV market. The ideal candidate will possess experience in premium automotive communications and be skilled at tailoring product messaging to resonate with Saudi consumers.

This is a strategic role with direct impact on sales, brand equity, and customer engagement. It requires close collaboration with ADMC’s internal teams, external media agencies, and GWM’s global marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the strategic communications plan for the TANK brand, aligning all messaging with business goals and customer insights.
  • Establish a distinct brand narrative for TANK that differentiates it from competitors such as Toyota Prado, Nissan Patrol, and Land Cruiser.
  • Conduct market research and audience segmentation to define buyer personas and localize messaging to Saudi consumer behaviors and cultural expectations.
  • Manage all internal and external communications, including public relations, media relations, corporate messaging, and crisis communications.
  • Design and lead product launch communications, including for the upcoming Tank 700, with a strong focus on product positioning and value justification.
  • Drive campaign messaging across all channels: digital, retail, events, media, and influencers.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing content and assets (brochures, scripts, visuals, video content, press kits), ensuring clarity, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, automotive journalists, and influencers in KSA.
  • Serve as the primary communication point between ADMC and GWM regarding brand messaging, campaign alignment, and sales performance insights.
  • Support product training and internal communication alignment across sales and customer‑facing teams.
  • Coordinate communication activities with the performance marketing and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the funnel.
  • Manage communication budgets and evaluate ROI of communication campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in automotive communications or brand marketing, with at least 3 years working with luxury or premium automotive brands.
  • Strong familiarity with the Saudi Arabian automotive market, including consumer behavior and regional market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful brand communication strategies, media campaigns, and product launches.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand communication, market positioning, and perception management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
Why Join ADMC
  • Be part of a fast‑growing, innovation‑driven organization reshaping the automotive industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Take a strategic leadership role in launching and building one of the region’s most promising luxury SUV brands.
  • Work at the intersection of international brand management and local market strategy with a direct influence on business performance.
  • Engage in a dynamic, collaborative environment where creativity, ownership, and performance are highly valued.
