We are seeking a high skilled Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute our company's communication and branding strategies to enhance visibility, strengthen reputation, and support business growth. You will ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels, drive impactful campaigns, and support customer engagement aligned with company objectives and industrial localization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s communication strategy (internal & external).
  • Align messaging with government expectations, brand positioning, and national priorities (e.g., Vision 2030).
  • Ensure consistency of tone, narrative, and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare internal memos, updates, announcements, and CEO messages.
  • Coordinate communication between departments, teams, and leadership.
  • Manage internal campaigns (culture, values, awareness).
  • Maintain communication channels (Teams, email newsletters, intranet).
  • Draft and manage press releases, media statements, and official responses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and PR agencies.
  • Act as the point of contact for external stakeholders, partners, and government entities.
  • Ensure communication is compliant with regulations and public‑sector guidelines.
  • Write and edit content for website, brochures, reports, speeches, and presentations.
  • Develop social media content calendars and captions (even if someone else executes).
  • Support the leadership team with talking points and briefing materials.
  • Monitor online mentions, public sentiment, and media coverage.
  • Ensure the brand identity is used consistently across all departments.
  • Manage crisis communication and prepare response frameworks.
  • Oversee social media strategy, tone, and content quality.
  • Ensure alignment between digital presence and organizational narrative.
  • Track online performance KPIs and provide monthly reports.
  • Coordinate messaging for government partners, regulators, and strategic collaborators.
  • Prepare official letters, formal communication, and partnership announcements.
  • Support communication plans for conferences, launches, workshops, and public events.
  • Ensure messaging alignment before, during, and after events.
  • Prepare speeches, scripts, and briefing notes for senior leadership.
  • Maintain a communications archive (press releases, visuals, key messages).
  • Prepare quarterly and annual communications performance reports.
  • Track KPIs for visibility, engagement, and impact.
  • Manage outsourced designers, social media teams, copywriters, and PR agencies.
  • Review and approve deliverables before publication.
Qualifications
