Job description

One of our clients is in the Real Estate industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Commercial Manager

Years of Experience: 7 +

Visa provided for offshore candidates.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage all aspects of marketing and sales for all sectors of urban development.
  • Designing and preparing marketing and sales plans for urban projects that suitcustomers' needs and in accordance with their requirements for the geographical areaand the category of targeted customers, according to the nature of the project.
  • Preparing, developing and managing annual marketing budgets by forecastingrequirements and analyzing the urban market and customer trends
  • Participate in the implementation of market studies and research in cooperation withthe Business Development Manager.
  • Building a strategy for relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities for each product (project) .
  • Constant access to the urban development market to know the latest techniques and methods of promotion and marketing Urban.
  • A technical and training reference in the field of marketing, sales and customer service for all employees working in this field in the company
  • Carrying out all the administrative tasks that ensure the selection, dismissal, training, rewarding and discounting of the workers under his management In order to achieve the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness

Skills:

  • Full understanding of the urban development market in the Kingdom and all legal and financialaspects.
  • Deep knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding the urban development market.
  • The ability to persuade and build marketing plans and use appropriate marketing channels.
