Looking for Collection Supervisor - Saudi Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine the collection area for each collector.
• Supervise the process of monitoring outstanding loans and collecting payments.
• Follow up on the delivery of the amounts collected from the collectors to the fund or deposit them in the company’s private account.
• Establish risk management policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulations and supervise their implementation.
• Distribute collection tasks to collectors.
• Follow up on the implementation of collection operations with collectors and solve any problems they encounter.
• Carry out any other tasks and responsibilities that fall within the scope of his competence and are based on the assignment of his direct superior.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, finance, banking and insurance or a similar field.

Experience:

• Proven experience of 3 years or more as a collection supervisor in the field of malls or property management.
• Good experience in collection management and reporting.

Skills:

• Ability to lead a work team, familiarity with government systems.
• Tactfulness in dealing with others.
