Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Jeddah is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to implement revenue management strategies across client hotels. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in hotel revenue management and holds a degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Responsibilities include identifying revenue opportunities, analyzing hotel performance, and optimizing distribution partnerships. Strong command of hotel technology and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
  • Create and develop pricing strategies for each hotel.
  • Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results.
  • Reduce the cost of distribution by exploring new delivery means.
  • Act as overall business development consultant.
  • Build relationships with hotel staff.
  • Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
  • Audit reservations department standards and operations.
  • Conduct quarterly property performance reviews.

Skills

Highly computer literate with high-level command of Excel
Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranet
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Good analytical and numeric skills
Able to develop relationships with 3rd parties and hotel teams
Well-developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills

Education

Bachelor or master’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies
