A global investment services provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Officer for Client Service and Operations. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of client service experience, with strong people management and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing client operations, resolving issues, and delivering excellence in service. High caliber individual with proven track record in Client Service and Operations, in-depth industry knowledge and people management skills. Ideal candidate will have the ability to solution a multitude of different issues for operations team while providing a high level of customer service and creating efficiencies within the Client Service team. Individual will be required to show initiative, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Investment Services (IS). Investment Services gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, Investment Services’ tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.
