Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in similar positions (Resourcing, Project Support, Project Operations).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on resourcing matters.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of Personnel Action Forms (PAFs).
• Develop, update, and maintain trackers to monitor progress.
• Partner with Project Management Leads to align recruitment efforts with project goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
