Job description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 3 years in a related managerial role.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, and Primavera.
  • Strong management and delegation skills.
  • Excellent resource planning and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation.
  • Leadership skills to guide a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors and the construction team to fulfill contractual obligations.
  3. Prepare reports on project status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
  4. Ensure quality construction standards are met, industry techniques are applied, and client requirements are satisfied.
  5. Monitor daily project progress to maintain quality and budget adherence.
  6. Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  7. Plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process, including hiring contractors and collaborating with engineers, architects, and vendors.
  8. Select tools, materials, and equipment; manage inventory.
  9. Address delays, weather issues, or emergencies on-site.
  10. Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and paperwork.
  11. Assess labor needs and assign workers to sites.
