- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction field, with at least 3 years in a related managerial role.

- Strong management and delegation skills.
- Excellent resource planning and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation.
- Leadership skills to guide a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and the construction team to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Prepare reports on project status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Ensure quality construction standards are met, industry techniques are applied, and client requirements are satisfied.
- Monitor daily project progress to maintain quality and budget adherence.
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process, including hiring contractors and collaborating with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Select tools, materials, and equipment; manage inventory.
- Address delays, weather issues, or emergencies on-site.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and paperwork.
- Assess labor needs and assign workers to sites.
