Job Description

This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker with experience in B2B technology sales, networking, cloud, and data center infrastructure.

What you will do:

  1. Develop and implement regional business development plans aligning with Lenovo & Cisco solutions and goals.
  2. Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development, account targeting, and lead generation for Lenovo Cisco Solutions.
  3. Collaborate with Lenovo/Cisco sales teams to position joint solutions effectively, identify, and close high-value deals.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for Lenovo Cisco Solutions in the region, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI of Lenovo Cisco solutions.
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal and partner sales teams to enhance solution knowledge and confidence.
  7. Achieve KPIs for regional growth, including revenue targets, market share, and customer acquisition metrics.
  8. Prepare regular performance reports and analyses for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
What do we expect from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development in the technology industry, with experience working with Cisco.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B technology sales, particularly in networking, data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and partnerships.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Lenovo and/or Cisco product lines is a plus.
