Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to spearhead our enterprise software sales initiatives. The CSO will be responsible for driving significant business growth, leading a high-performance sales team, forging strategic client relationships, and managing partnerships with technology vendors. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with InnovationTeam’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Software Sales Managers, fostering a performance‑driven sales culture.
- Identify and secure high‑value enterprise deals across sectors such as government, ICT, banking, and large‑scale enterprises.
- Strengthen and expand partnerships with technology vendors (Pega, IBM, Google Cloud Apigee, Contentsquare, etc.).
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless solution selling and client satisfaction.
- Drive revenue growth through system integration projects, AI/LLM solutions, low‑code platforms, and customer experience (CX) innovations.
- Represent InnovationTeam in key client and partner meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and system integration services, Software Development including Web, Mobile ( Android & iOS ).
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record as a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) or equivalent senior sales leadership role within software sales.
- Strong network and proven success in selling complex IT solutions to Saudi Government, ICT, Health Care etc. and large enterprises etc.
- Experience in managing partnerships/licenses with global technology vendors.
- Expertise in selling low‑code platforms and integration technologies (Pega, IBM Integration, Dotcms ,Google Cloud Apigee).
- Familiarity with AI/LLM‑based solutions, chatbots, and CX platforms like Contentsquare.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and scale a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Must be Saudi National with Excellent English command and can speak Digital Business Language
Preferred Certifications (Any of the following):
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or System Architect (PCSA)
- IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM Cloud Pak certifications
- Google Cloud Apigee API Management certification
- Experience with AI‑driven solutions like LLMs and chatbot frameworks
- Contentsquare CX platform knowledge or certifications
