Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in consumer or micro-finance in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep Finance and Accounting background.
• Experience leading multiple functions: Finance, HR, Collections, Customer Care.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and NBFI operations.
• Proven record in scaling operations using digital tools.
• Experience in fast-paced early stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance / Accounting, HR, Collections, Customer Care.
• Build annual operating plans and monthly performance targets.
• Set clear financial controls and reporting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, and cost management.
• Improve HR hiring, onboarding, and performance systems.
• Drive collections strategy and workflow automation.
• Manage vendors and outsourcing partners.
