Miza is a cutting-edge digital wealth management platform designed to provide HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals) with seamless access to diversified investment opportunities. Operating primarily through a mobile application, Miza enables investors to allocate capital into model portfolios tailored to different risk and return preferences.

As we scale, we are looking for a Director of Growth to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention—ensuring a seamless experience for investors from discovery to investment.

Role Overview

The Cofounder & Chief of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven acquisition strategies to attract and onboard HNWI investors onto Miza’s platform. This role requires a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) expert with a proven track record in fintech, wealth management, or a similar sector. The ideal candidate is well-versed in growth marketing, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and digital onboarding tools to create a frictionless user journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to attract and retain HNWI investors.
  • Own and optimize the funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Implement A/B testing, analytics, and user segmentation to improve conversion rates.
  • Investor Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Leverage paid and organic performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, referrals).
  • Partner with wealth influencers, financial advisors, and high-net-worth networks to drive credibility and referrals.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential investors and optimize marketing spend.
  • Digital Onboarding & Conversion Optimization: Optimize Miza’s mobile app onboarding flow to ensure effortless sign-up and investment activation.
  • Implement AI-driven personalization to enhance investor experience and maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify and integrate automation tools (e.g., CRM, chatbots, behavioral triggers) for investor engagement.
  • Product-Led Growth & User Engagement: Work closely with the product team to align growth initiatives with new features and investor behavior.
  • Leverage data analytics to enhance user retention and engagement through push notifications, email sequences, and in-app messaging.
  • Develop referral and incentive programs to drive viral adoption among HNWIs.
  • Partnerships & Market Expansion: Establish strategic partnerships with banks, fintech platforms, and investment firms to expand Miza’s reach.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives (events, webinars, content marketing) targeting the investor community.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record in a similar Chief of Growth, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition role within fintech, wealth management, or investment platforms.
  • Experience in D2C growth, ideally working with high-net-worth clients or premium financial services.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience with growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in mobile app user acquisition and onboarding optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions to drive ROI.
  • Strong network in the wealth management, fintech, or investment space is a plus.
