We are constantly growing and are currently seeking one (1) Chief Estimator to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable Estimation Team at project in Umluj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:

• Full responsibility for pricing, estimation of Variations and additional works during project execution, development of project budgets and cost estimates across all project phases. while establishing best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Additionally, performed key Quantity Surveyor functions, including cost planning, measurement, preparation of BOQs, evaluation of Subcontractors variations. Support commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Initiates and manages the preparation of cost estimates in accordance with the company policies, procedures, and specific project requirements, incorporating Quantity Surveyor functions such as cost planning, measurement, and BOQ development.
• Delivers accurate and comprehensive cost estimates within tight deadlines, maintaining a strong balance between speed and precision, supported by QS expertise in cost verification and analysis.
• Navigates estimation challenges posed by incomplete or evolving project information, while proactively addressing potential risks such as unforeseen site conditions, market fluctuations, and scope changes, drawing on QS experience in variation assessment and claims support.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in completing at least one or two projects of similar scope and complexity (GCC experience is highly recommended).
• Proven track record of preparing detailed estimates for large-scale EPC civil and marine projects, complemented by hands‑on Quantity Surveyor experience in cost planning, measurement, BOQ preparation, and variation evaluation.
• Estimating experience across various project stages, including conceptual, preliminary, detailed, and final bid submissions, supported by strong QS skills in commercial analysis and contract‑related cost control.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

What it is nice to have:

• Previous working experience as Chief Estimator (Civil Specialization) with EPC/Heavy Industrial construction company, preferably in Marine Infrastructure Projects would be an added advantage
