Job Summary: As a Front Office - Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concierge operations in a hotel or similar establishment. You will ensure excellent customer service, handle guest inquiries and requests, and manage a team of concierge staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concierge team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests.
