The CEO Assistant/Translator plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in various administrative and operational tasks while ensuring effective communication across diverse stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of the CEO and assist in executing strategic initiatives while maintaining confidentiality. The role also involves translating documents and communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy in both written and verbal exchanges. A strong understanding of the business environment and cultural nuances is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments while prioritizing tasks to optimize time management.
  2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and briefings, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally formatted.
  3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Translate documents and communications from Arabic to English and vice versa, ensuring cultural context and nuances are preserved.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes for the CEO on various projects and initiatives.
  6. Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, and project proposals, providing input and insights as necessary.
  7. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity at all times.
  8. Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  9. Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
  10. Provide administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence and responding to inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a keen attention to detail. Candidates with Chinese proficiency will be preferred.
