Job description
JOB PURPOSE

To manage the sales of the company products in the center and to support in the improvement and of distribution networks, and ensure comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the center to meet the sales targets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Contribution
  • Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations to deliver Nadec vision and mission.
  • Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy
Budgeting

Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.

Core Accountabilities
  • Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the center.
  • Support in the monitoring and controlling of the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the center.
  • Generate the sales of the company products in the center through a team of salesmen to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the center.
  • Provide distributors and customers in the center with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales in the center.
  • Uphold in the developing and maintaining of an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the center to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
  • Implement all sales administration procedures relating to the center to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
  • Oversee and follow up with the supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the center in order to meet the sales delivery schedules, provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer.
  • Communicate with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing is available in the center to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the center.
People Management Accountabilities
  • Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
  • Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
JOB CONTEXT

Center Manager will be located in Nadec Offices and will travel to other Nadec Locations as per business needs.
