Job summary

A catering service provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all operational functions including logistics, warehousing, and event support. The ideal candidate will manage drivers, logistics crews, and housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient execution of catering events. Strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and the ability to handle various logistics tasks are essential for this role. The position involves collaboration with Sales and Culinary teams and requires flexibility in working hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations or warehouse management within catering, hospitality, or events.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehousing systems, inventory control, transport planning, and event operations.
  • Familiarity with health and safety and food hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the storage and warehousing of all catering equipment.
  • Manage drivers and logistics crews responsible for catering operations.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean workplace.
  • Work closely with Sales and Culinary teams to align logistics with client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate operational records including staff hours and equipment usage.
