Responsibilities
ERP (SAP) Sales & Distribution (SD) Support Operations
- Provide first-line support for end users facing issues with sales orders, deliveries, billing, or pricing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD transaction errors, data inconsistencies, and system bugs.
- Monitor key processes such as order-to-cash (O2C), credit management, and shipping.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for better performance and user experience.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on SAP SD functionalities.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects.
- Send Invoices to ZATCA and make sure it’s successfully integrated.
e-Commerce Integration with ERP
- Configure and develop any requirements to support Salla Integration with SAP.
- Make sure all invoices raised by Salla are integrated into SAP.
- Check and resolve the issues related to stock with operation team.
- Ensure invoices are integrated with ZATCA.
Software Development & Database Management
- Develop integration between systems.
- Develop dotnet C# Web API application.
- Database MS/SQL Code to create stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Deep dive into performance tuning: indexing strategies, query optimization.
Projects & Teams Management
- Provide projects and team performance updates on regular basis.
- Aligns project goals with broader business objectives.
- Lead on business solution projects and assign tasks to the team members for projects delivery.
- Support business teams to define business requirements and ensure they follow standard frameworks and templates.
- Select and manage external vendor / partner to deliver business solutions according to business requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for business solution projects.
- Help prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
- Identifies potential risks early.
- Motivates and guides team members.
- Clearly conveys goals, expectations, and updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitates meetings, writes reports, and manages cross-functional collaboration across digital teams and business teams.
- Support team members and train them on business solutions and managing the operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a role of business solutions manager with technical background.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- 5 years’ experience supporting SAP SD module operations (sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.) and integration with other SAP modules like MM, FI. Not required to configure SAP system.
- 5 years’ experience supporting Sales Buzz operations and integration with SAP ERP.
- 5 years’ experience in managing SQL Server databases and writing complex stored procedures and queries.
- Strong background in software development and integration using Microsoft technologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ideally proficient in Arabic and English language, verbal and written.
