Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Riyadh, KSA, to enhance and document operational processes. We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the assessment, enhancement, and documentation of operational processes and governance frameworks. The role will focus on developing and improving process documentation within technology‑driven environments. Experience in travel e‑commerce, fintech, IT, or service‑tech domains is preferred.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in business process analysis or similar roles.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining SOPs and SLAs.

  • Domain background in travel e‑commerce, fintech, IT, or digital service platforms.

Ability to analyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define optimized processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in consulting or Big Four environments.

Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced or client‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for standardization and efficiency improvement.
