700Apps is expanding its Talent Management & Recruitment operations and is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to support our growth across the Gulf region. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities within IT, Digital Transformation, and Technology recruitment, while building long-term, strategic client partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within Egypt, KSA, UAE, and Qatar, a proven ability to generate recruitment-related leads, and experience working with decision-makers in fast-paced, competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across the Gulf region, with a strong focus on IT and digital hiring needs.
- Generate and qualify recruitment leads, converting them into sustainable business opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for recruitment services.
- Conduct client meetings and professional presentations with HR leaders, talent heads, and decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client workforce requirements and recommend tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business.
Market Research & Growth Strategy
- Monitor GCC recruitment market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of business expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with the Talent Management and Recruitment teams to ensure effective delivery on client requirements.
- Share market intelligence and client feedback to enhance service quality and offerings.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and closed deals.
- Prepare regular performance reports and track KPIs and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- +5 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency.
- Mandatory: Experience dealing with Gulf clients (KSA/UAE/Qatar).
- Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders in GCC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently (not only account management).
- Familiarity with IT roles (Software, DevOps, Cloud, ERP…).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit monthly targets.
