Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
Lead the company’s efforts to identify new opportunities and drive business growth through analyzing tenders, preparing proposals, and coordinating with governmental and private entities, with a focus on Etimad platform and related competitions, contributing to HAD’s growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management and Analysis:
- Monitor all tenders published on Etimad and other government platforms.
- Analyze tender requirements to ensure alignment with HAD’s capabilities.
- Prepare timelines and plans for submitting proposals and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proposal Preparation and Submission:
- Prepare technical and financial documents required for tenders and bids.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, marketing) to gather necessary data.
- Review proposals to ensure all requirements and standards are met.
- Business Development Strategy:
- Research new growth opportunities in both governmental and private sectors.
- Provide recommendations to improve chances of winning future tenders.
- Develop tools and processes to evaluate competition and monitor the market.
- Relationship Management and Communication:
- Build strong relationships with clients and governmental entities to understand market needs.
- Follow up on client inquiries and tenders, providing guidance to internal teams.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare periodic reports on tender performance and outcomes.
- Track key performance indicators and measure success of implemented strategies.
- Document all stages of tenders to ensure transparency and ease of review.
- Technical Follow-up:
- Stay familiar with government procurement systems, particularly the Etimad platform.
- Keep updated on regulations and changes related to tenders.
- Participate in developing technical solutions to support business development processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of practical experiencein business development or tender management.
- Excellent knowledge of the Etimad platform and government procurement systems.
- Strong skills in analysis, research, presentation, and negotiation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong reporting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) is an advantage.
- Professional Certification (preferred):It is recommended to have a professional certification such asCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)orCBDP (Certified Business Development Professional) ، CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ).
