A reputable company located in Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Drive aggressive new business growth across the GCC by identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, boards, and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a clear business development strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly progress reports on business development activities, pipeline performance, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Actively network and build targeted relationships with decision-makers across priority sectors to generate new business leads.
  • Leverage market insights and client feedback to position Governance Dynamics ahead of competitors in every proposal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, training, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
