Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that expand revenue streams and open new sales channels within the HR and recruitment market.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through direct outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine existing services and design new offerings that address client challenges and align with market trends.
  • Build and optimize sales processes and tools (CRM, pipeline management, KPIs, reporting systems) to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, client needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead proposal development and client pitches, ensuring alignment between client needs and Rgheeb’s value proposition.
  • Foster and maintain long‑term client relationships, positioning Rgheeb as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
  • Develop and implement marketing and brand awareness strategies to strengthen Rgheeb’s market presence and attract new clients.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting progress to management and recommending adjustments to maximize results.
  • Represent Rgheeb at industry events and forums, building the company’s reputation and network.
