  • Identifying and Developing New Business:BDMs actively seek out new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Relationship Building:They establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
  • Strategic Planning:BDMs develop and implement business development strategies, including market entry plans, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:They play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business deals, as well as expanding existing client relationships.
