Business Development Executive (BDE) – PIXEL

PIXEL is a Saudi-based NFC technology company transforming how individuals and businesses connect. Our solutions are used across multiple sectors — from professionals to large organizations — helping businesses grow smarter in line with Vision 2030.

Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. Your role will be to generate new leads and close sales, introducing PIXEL’s solutions to a wide range of industries and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads across diverse sectors.
  • Pitch PIXEL’s NFC and digital solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and decision-makers.
  • Close sales and ensure client satisfaction for repeat opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Commission-based: Earn 30% commission on every deal closed.
  • Average deal value ranges from 2,000 to 10,000 SAR.
  • Allowance: 500 SAR monthly for travel costs (provided after hiring).
  • Tryout Period: 2–3 weeks before official hiring (commission applies, but no allowance during this period).
Skills & Qualifications
  • Language:
  • High proficiency in English with some Arabic, OR
  • High proficiency in Arabic with some English, OR
  • Fluency in both is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No prior sales experience is required — training will be provided. (Experience in sales is valued if available.)
  • Self-driven, motivated, and willing to work on a commission-based structure.
