Role Summary

Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and support of broadcast and audiovisual (AV) systems, ensuring reliable audio, video, and display operations across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure AV and broadcast equipment (displays, video walls, cameras, microphones, speakers, encoders/decoders)
• Integrate AV systems with network infrastructure (IP-based AV, control systems)
• Configure conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Webex, etc.)
• Perform system testing, calibration, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and signal distribution issues
• Coordinate with Network Engineers and IT teams during deployment
• Prepare as-built diagrams, configuration documents, and user guides
• Support live events, broadcasts, or critical AV operations if required

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years experience in AV or broadcast engineering
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow
• Experience with IP-based AV systems
• Familiar with vendors such as Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, Barco, or similar
• Understanding of network fundamentals (VLANs, QoS) is a plus
