The supervisors will lead breeding assistants, manage daily operations, and ensure successful breeding outcomes in their respective specializations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily breeding operations, including feeding, health checks, incubation, and chick rearing.
• Manage breeding assistants and allocate tasks effectively.
• Maintain breeding records, genetic pairing logs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to avian welfare and facility protocols.
• Report breeding progress and outcomes to the Breeding Manager.
