Job Description

Dysport Brand Manager will be the central driver for developing and executing the annual strategic and tactical marketing plan to maximize the growth of the Dysport brand in Across the Kingdom.

This role requires independent problem-solving and is the single accountable person for driving brand performance. The role achieves this by creating compelling campaigns, Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement training programs, and robust digital strategies, ensuring all activities are fully aligned with global strategy and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor the annual operational plan (AOP) for Dysport, including market analysis, competitive positioning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and execution of professional marketing materials, digital assets, and integrated multi-channel campaigns for HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Market Intelligence & Analytics: Continuously track brand performance, analyze data, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
  • KOL and Scientific Engagement: Lead the organization and execution of high-impact training, master classes, and symposia, ensuring excellent customer experience and product education.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for Dysport, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the single accountable person for aligning brand strategy across teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all promotional materials and programs comply with local regulations and Ipsen's internal policies.
  • Functional Evolution: Consider forward-thinking responsibilities to support the department's evolution.
