We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and brokerage operations, with solid expertise in sales management, operations, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Management
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence
  • Lead, coach, and manage sales and operations teams to achieve branch targets
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and key partners
  • Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and conversion ratios
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling of insurance products
Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with SAMA / Insurance Authority regulations and internal compliance requirements
  • Oversee underwriting coordination, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Finance on regulatory and operational matters
Financial & Performance Management
  • Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Monitor expenses, profitability, and operational KPIs
  • Prepare periodic management and performance reports
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or branch leadership role
  • Proven experience in insurance brokerage is mandatory
  • Strong background in:
    • Insurance sales management
