Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT, Primavera, and ARCHICAD.
• Experience working on high-value projects.
• Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
• Leadership skills to lead individuals or teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implement procedures related to BIM and Digital Construction throughout all project phases.
• Ensure designs are accurate, easier to build, and cost-effective.
• Conduct macro and micro 4D simulations to aid project planning.
• Perform model quantity take-offs to support estimations and planning.
• Create 3D logistics plans for construction site access and egress.
• Develop detailed 3D imagery of Temporary Works for design progression.
• Create visual Method Statements to identify risks and demonstrate construction sequences.
• Process point cloud data for construction validation and dimension extraction.
• Develop Employers Information Requirements (EIRs) documents.
• Create BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligning with EIRs.
• Monitor supply chain performance and facilitate training to ensure effective information delivery.
• Set up and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and align workflows with BIM protocols.
