Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, research, or data analytics.
• Proven track record of hitting / exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and events.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM.
• Pitch DRC’s catalog of services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals within sales cycle timelines.
• Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop digital campaigns.
• Provide feedback to product / research teams based on client needs.

Skills

Strong presentation and communication skills (English & Arabic)

Negotiation and closing skills

Knowledge of B2B consultative selling

Ability to work under pressure and hit sales quotas

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
