MCH Global is an award-winning experiential marketing agency delivering impactful live communications and immersive brand experiences across the GCC and international markets. We are seeking an Associate Creative Director based in Riyadh to support the creative leadership of the agency, drive concept excellence, and elevate creative output across pitches and live projects in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting into the Creative Director, this role bridges strategic creative thinking and hands-on execution. The Associate Creative Director plays a key role in shaping ideas, leading teams, and delivering culturally relevant, innovative experiential work aligned with client objectives and regional market expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Concept Development
  • Support the Creative Director in shaping and delivering the agency’s creative vision across projects and pitches.
  • Lead high-level concept development with a strong focus on experiential-first, culturally relevant ideas.
  • Push creative boundaries while ensuring concepts remain executable, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Translate strategic insights into compelling creative narratives and experiences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor creative teams across disciplines, guiding concept development, design quality, and execution.
  • Foster a strong creative culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Partner closely with strategy, account, and production teams to ensure creative alignment and feasibility.
  • Support the development of creative talent through feedback, coaching, and on-the-job leadership.
Client & Pitch Engagement
  • Take ownership of key pitches and client presentations alongside senior leadership.
  • Present creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders, articulating the thinking behind concepts.
  • Act as a trusted creative partner to clients, ensuring work meets objectives and exceeds expectations.
Quality, Process & Delivery
  • Ensure creative excellence, consistency, and quality across all outputs.
  • Balance ambition with timelines, budgets, and production realities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Adapt creative output based on feedback without compromising idea integrity.
Market Presence & Thought Leadership
  • Stay closely connected to cultural, design, architectural, experiential, and pop-culture trends relevant to Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
  • Support agency representation at industry events, client engagements, and creative forums.

Professional & Technical Experience
  • 8–10 years of relevant industry experience in experiential, creative, or integrated agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Arts, or a related discipline (mandatory).
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale experiential projects and integrated campaigns.
  • Experience working across GCC markets; KSA market exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to translate briefs into visual formats (design, content, or 3D); sketching skills are a plus.
  • Strong industry references within experiential or live communications environments.
