شركة استشارات رائدة في منطقة الرياض تبحث عن استشاري مساعد للإنضمام لفريقها، يتضمن الدور المساعدة في تطوير الخدمات الاستشارية، وتحليل تحديات العملاء، وتحضير عروض تقديمية احترافية. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات قوية في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتجاوز 3 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الاستشارة أو التحول الرقمي. يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بمهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Qualifications

• 3 سنوات خبرة في استشارات أو الذكاء الاصطناعي أو إدارة الأعمال.
• خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ حالات استخدام تعتمد على البيانات.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

We are seeking a high-potential Associate Consultant to join our team and work directly with our executive leadership. This role is ideal for a sharp, ambitious professional eager to contribute to building Mutawazi’s service portfolio and shaping the future of our consulting capabilities.

Role Overview

The Associate Consultant will support the design, development, and promotion of Mutawazi’s consulting services. You will work closely with leadership to craft frameworks, prepare high-quality proposal materials, and contribute to AI-driven use cases that strengthen our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Service Portfolio Development

• Conduct research to support the definition and structure of Mutawazi’s consulting offerings.
• Develop value propositions, service modules, workflows, and internal methodologies.
• Benchmark local and regional market trends to maintain competitive service offerings.

Proposal and Presentation Development

• Prepare professional technical proposal decks and client presentations.
• Translate conceptual ideas into polished, client-ready materials.
• Maintain reusable proposal templates and a structured content library.

AI and Data Use Case Support

• Contribute to developing AI-based service components, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Analyze client challenges and develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Produce clear documentation for AI, data, and business consulting activities.

Operational and Internal Frameworks

• Develop internal documentation, delivery workflows, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Assist in promoting and positioning Mutawazi’s consulting services.

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, AI, automation, digital transformation, or business management.
• Proven track record in contributing to successful AI or data-driven use cases.
• Strong proficiency in producing professional slides and visual frameworks.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, data workflows, and business modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
