Who we are

KitchenPark helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone.

We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.

We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant, all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the construction, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works on-site.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Lead site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and resource planning.
  • Review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and work schedules.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of construction activities with project goals and client expectations.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years spent in Food & Beverage or restaurant construction
  • Proven experience managing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and costing across various scopes (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Gas).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams, contractors, and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs, and construction management software.
  • Experience with FIDIC contracts, project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and quality control processes.
  • PMP or CCM certification is a plus.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential

  • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customers’ success.
