Job description

Responsibilities

• Support MEP technicians to undertake the Planned and Reactive tasks in the facility
• Support in the inspection and repair of equipment and machinery
• Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
• Undertake preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Liaising with contractors to support them in completing their tasks
• Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
• Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped
• Conducting general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing plug sockets and light switches
• Conduct general repairs, routine health and safety checks and other safety equipment works
• Respond to emergency calls outside their normal hours (as required)

Skills

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to use power and hand tools
