Job summary

A specialized logistics subsidiary is seeking a skilled professional to enhance the Digital Marketplace and oversee supply chain operations. This role requires a recognized degree in Information Systems or Supply Chain Management and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will monitor key performance indicators, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain proactive relationships with stakeholders. The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and focuses on supporting the company’s sustainable logistics initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MSc in Information Systems or related field preferred.

Job Purpose
  • Enablement of the Digital Marketplace;
  • Participate the Digital Marketplace Team with Systems functionality and strategy;
  • Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals and objectives;
  • Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial, transacting, and data operations;
  • Monitor and maintain KPI’s and key metrics;
  • Ensure that all transactions are strictly documented and updated in the IT systems;
  • Establish performance measures and priorities for each operation;
  • Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports;
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by RSCTC Management.
Job Requirements
  • Recognized degree in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management related field (MSc preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred) and/or Digital Marketplace Implementation and Operation.
