Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our establishment. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating housekeeping staff, managing budgets, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.

Job Responsibility
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing and coordinating the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and supervision
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Resolve guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and efficient manner
