Are you a visionary Art Director with a passion for branding, packaging innovation, and leading creative teams?

Delham is looking for a highly talented Art Director to head our Branding Division and shape the future of some of Saudi Arabia’s most beloved brands—including Fahda Chocolate, Almathaq Alarabi, VIAN and more.

About the Role

As our Art Director, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of multiple brands, with a heavy focus on innovative packaging, brand development, and rebranding projects.

This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between:

  • Premium, high-end, elegant design solutions, and
  • More dynamic, simple, and youthful branding work across different categories.

You will lead a talented internal team and collaborate closely with:

  • R&D Team – shaping product concepts from the earliest stages
  • Marketing Team – ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Production & Print Houses – bridging design with execution to achieve flawless outcomes

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departments to keep workflow smooth, clear, and collaborative.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the branding team and overseeing all creative outputs.
  • Creating new brands from the ground up.
  • Rebranding and refining existing brands to elevate their market presence.
  • Designing packaging that stands out—premium, elegant, modern, or playful depending on the brand.
  • Working on new product ranges, seasonal collections, and creative campaigns.
  • Ensuring design quality across print, packaging, and digital.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of designers.
