We are areal estate development & consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, looking to hire afull-time Concept Architectto join our design and development team. The ideal candidate has to havestrong concept design skills and exceptional 3D visualization/rendering ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts for high-profile real estate projects (mixed‑use, residential, commercial).

• Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.

• Collaborate closely with our development, feasibility, and leasing teams to align design with market positioning and project vision.

• Refine design direction based on feedback from senior management and external stakeholders.

• Produce presentation materials for clients, investors, and government approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in concept design & visualisation.

• Proficiency in Rhino / SketchUp, 3ds Max (or Blender), and V‑Ray / Corona / Enscape / Unreal Engine.

• Strong sense of design, proportion, and materiality; ability to create visually striking and market‑driven concepts.

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

• Open torelocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (visa sponsorship and relocation package provided).

• Portfolio demonstrating strong concept and rendering capability is a must.
