Job Description

• Managing AI solutions development and deployment.
• Providing consultations on AI related services such as establishing AI Hub, creating AI strategy and governance, Building AI development platforms, and conducting AI Maturity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, AI Leads, and Project Managers to prioritize quarterly AI initiatives. Facilitate informed decision-making and integration into the AI roadmap.
• Governance & Delivery Support: Establish and coach teams on operating rhythms (e.g., weekly syncs, risk/issue reviews), introduce and standardize governance tools (RAID logs, dependency maps, change control), and support teams in self-sustained governance.
• Use Case Selection & Refinement: Partner with technical and business teams to clarify problem statements, define MVPs, assess data readiness, and codify repeatable processes for sustainable use case development.
• Enablement & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training and coaching, update documentation (RACI matrices, handbooks, runbooks), and ensure all processes and tools are easily adopted for independent AI project management.
• Proven experience implementing AI projects in an Energy Trading company with large physical exposure.

Required Skills

• Experience in applied mathematics, machine learning, deep learning, and computational statistics
• Experience in querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc.
• Demonstrate knowledge in a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc); and
• Demonstrate strong project management, advanced analytics problem-solving, and communication skills.
