Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
Employment: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • File and maintain records in both physical and electronic formats
  • Assist with travel arrangements for employees and visitors
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
