Job title: Administration Assistant (12 Months FTC)

Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia

The role
  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative and office support to KSA, CT, and JM leadership, acting as first point of contact and managing communications, queries, scheduling, travel, meetings, events, and office operations.
  • Support the General Manager across MENA by tracking initiatives, leading continuous improvement, preparing leadership communications, and promoting Community Investment, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage immigration and mobility processes and ensure compliance with JM EHS standards, including safety reporting and visitor adherence.
  • Oversee petty cash and administrative banking, process expenses and payments, and gather and share market intelligence on regulatory changes, risks, clients, and market conditions in KSA and the wider MENA region.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
  • Relevant qualification or experience in administration/public relations with a strong understanding of administrative systems and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, IT, and travel/expense systems, with knowledge of immigration and visa compliance desirable.
  • Effective communicator able to build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and continuous improvement skills to drive efficiency and achieve outcomes.
