Müller's Solutions is looking for a motivated and skilled Account Manager, specifically for Saudi Nationals, to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage our comprehensive suite of services.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and drive account growth. Your capacity to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary contact for all communications related to data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. Oversee requests concerning the data lifecycle and data consumption, ensuring timely delivery of insights and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a coordinator to facilitate collaboration between data teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Müller's Solutions' services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Conduct client meetings to review performance, discuss any concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to strategically enhance client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by the management.
