Overview

Designs, monitors, and improves control systems and process parameters to optimize production efficiency, product quality, and equipment reliability in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Preferred background in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering for ductile iron pipe production
• +5 years experience in process control or automation in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, sensors, instrumentation, and process flow
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
