Your Role
As an AU Technical Estimator, you are responsible for:
- Sales & Quoting:
- Generate quotes for customer solutions in consultation with Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Strictly adhere to company pricing policies and sales strategies.
- Follow up on all generated quotations.
- Customer & Account Management:
- Provide support to BDMs and Technical Estimators in managing customer accounts.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within the same business day.
- Provide customers with necessary drawings and documentation.
- Administrative & Reporting:
- Process and manage all sales orders.
- Ensure job files are complete before transferring them to the production planner.
- Maintain and update the Zoho customer database.
- Provide sales reports as required.
- Market Awareness:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products.
