As the Billing Operations Account Manager within the Global Billing Operations Team, you will ensure the timely production and delivery of cases, transactions, and invoices. You will handle escalations, provide guidance to analysts, and recommend process improvements to senior management. You will partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues from setup to production and delivery of invoices, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.

In this role, you will take ownership of the setup, production, and delivery processes, manage multiple deadlines, and execute special initiatives. You will serve as a trusted partner to the business and clients, provide strategic and tactical guidance, and drive continuous improvement in billing operations.

  • Execute and deliver strategic and tactical plans, including automation and process reengineering.

  • Consult with and anticipate client and business partner needs, proactively delivering solutions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO industry, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of Operational Management or back-office operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business preferred.
  • Previous experience with Billing Operations, Securities Services Operations, Brokerage, and/or Custody Operations a plus.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, and MS Access a plus.
