The successful candidate will work on-site in Makati and have 1-3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.

Job Description
  • Monitor and implement scheduled server back-up.
  • Troubleshoot computer and network problems.
  • Implement solutions to minimize work interruptions due to system problems.
  • Create email and network accounts for new employees.
  • Manage manual link building to avoid spam.
  • Prepare, manage, and file project documents (electronic and hardcopy).
  • Copy, scan, and print documents as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of important documents and ensure backup files.
  • Produce document progress reports and email lists of drawings to the senior officer.
  • Submit produced drawings to the client and respond to client inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in document or records management.
  • Experience working with various files and software.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
